We had a Sunday session today
at Mass Art from 11 - 5 pm.
Six hours of focussing on nothing but painting

No news. No sports. No politics. No egos.
It was pure bliss.
With the challenges we are facing living in today's world,
escaping is essential.

I so totally agree with your statement. Art is certainly a life rope and for that I am so grateful. This quote by Paul Klee captures the feeling: " I paint in order not to cry".
